Delivered To You
Your rental will be carefully prepared and shipped to arrive before your event. Local pickup options can also be available depending on location.

Look and feel amazing at your event. Wear your rental with confidence and enjoy a designer outfit without the designer price tag.
Return With Ease
Once your event is over, simply place the rental back into the provided packaging and return it using the prepaid return instructions.

What is your return policy?
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or if you choose not to wear your dress. If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll assess your request in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Where applicable, store credit may be offered at the discretion of Rent With Lyss.
What if the dress doesn’t fit ?
We recommend checking our size guide and contacting us if you need sizing advice before booking. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds if a dress doesn’t fit
When do I need to return my dress
Weekend rentals must be posted back by 1:00pm on Monday using the prepaid return bag provided with your order.
How much is shipping?
Return shipping is $15 over night
How long is the rental period?
Our standard rental period is 4 days, giving you plenty of time to enjoy your event before returning your dress
How will i know when my dress has been sent
you will receive a email with tracking once sent will be sent 2-3 days before your event
